Predicting taste perceptions

Use cases

It’s no secret that there are good and bad recipes, good and bad ingredients. We don’t think we can tell you what goes on in our palate and in our head, but we have seen that it is possible to predict what customers will like based on a lot of examples.

Each example consists of the recipe, with a physico-chemical analysis of the ingredients. User-testers annotate the taste result of each configuration, on several axes.
